Sugar Beach

The beach along Flic-en-Flac is one of the best on the island, providing a sheltered lagoon fringed with palm and coconut groves. The plantation styled resort of Sugar Beach blends with this landscape in masterful harmony.

All rooms and suites, both in the Manor House or in the Creole styled Villa houses incorporate soft neutral colours with tropical elegant design. Upgrading to a Deluxe Beachfront Room gives you direct access to the beach and spectacular sea views.

The ultimate location for drinks or a gourmet meal is Buddha-Bar Beach Restaurant. Located by the water’s edge, this beach-chic restaurant has a simple mission, to serve delicious food in the most exquisite and luxurious way. Two other restaurants, Citronella’s Beach Lounge and Mon Plaisir also offer great dining choices.

Guests of Sugar Beach have access to Tamarina Golf Course and Ile aux Cerfs Golf Club. Transfers are included to Tamarina but not to Ile aux Cerfs. For the younger generation the Sun Kids Club is inspired by the fairy-tale, Hansel and Gretal, with its ‘candy’ pillars and ‘milkshake’ shower providing endless fun.
